Our immigration services –

PERMANENT RESIDENCY – This type of visa is issued to people who want to move to Canada. Along with the application you may need to pass immigration medical exams and provide police clearances. This visa will give you the right to live, work and study in Canada.

Types of Permanent Residency applications –

•Skilled Worker
•Business class (Federal Investor, Self-employed or Entrepreneur)
•Family Class
•Provincial Nomination (Skilled Worker or Investor)

STUDENT VISAS – This type of visa is issued to people that want to study in Canada for a period longer than six months. Along with the application you may need to pass immigration medical exams and provide police clearances.

VISITOR VISAS – This type of visa is issued to people who only want to come to visit Canada. If you are planning on studying in Canada for less than 6 months, the officer may issue you a visitor visa.

WORK VISAS – This type of visa is issued to people who have received an offer of employment from a Canadian company. The processing of the work permit application is usually divided into two parts: first, the employer needs to prove that there are no Canadians available for the job. The second part consists of the work permit application itself.

CITIZENSHIP – People who have already obtained their permanent residency can apply to become citizens. One needs to have lived in Canada for at least three years before applying for citizenship.

APPEALS – If your application was denied, you may be able to appeal the officer’s decision.
